Breast Augmentation Corrections Before and After Photos

This is a 45 year old woman who had previously undergone 245 cc silicone breast augmentation submammary position by another surgeon. She presented with bilateral capsular contracture and breast distortion. Dr. Messa performed bilateral capsulectomies, bilateral placement of Allergan style 15 silicone gel implants 616 cc volume in subpectoral location via an inframammary incision.
